What Can I Expect in the 3-Month Program?
We will get to know you and your goals. We will build a custom nutrition and training program that evolves to fit your body, your schedule, and your goals. You will be guided through new habits and practices that will help you design the nutrition plan for your life so that you’ll never have to go on a diet again and will help you lose weight and keep it off. You’ll learn to eat the food you enjoy in the right portions for you. By the end of these 3 months, you will take important steps toward your body composition and performance goals. Maybe you just need some short-term help. If you are getting ready for a big event in the next few months, we can put a plan together to help you reach your goal. A sporting event? A wedding? A physique contest? We have your back! Our nutrition coaching and exercise plans will help you reach your goals even faster than doing it on your own.
What Can I Expect in the 6-Month Program?
You’re ready to make a deeper commitment to your health and You will build upon the skills and habits you have established in the first 3 months and focus on making consistent and permanent changes in your food choices and eating behaviors in order to reach your body composition and performance goals.

You know you need life long habits and skills to learn how to do this for good. Our 12 month program will help you make that permanent change. You will be guided through new habits and practices that will help you design the nutrition plan for your life so that you’ll never have to go on a diet again and will help you lose weight and keep it off. You will continue to build upon the skills and habits that are necessary for you to feel and look better for the rest of your life. You’ll learn how to make health and fitness a part of your life, whatever else is going on and set and work on new goals throughout the year.
